These terms govern your use of Tempo, provided by Exla, Inc. By using Tempo you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to connect the data sources you connect.
Your data
You own your data. You grant us permission to process it only to provide Tempo to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI output
Tempo proposes changes and drafts based on your conversations. Review them before approving; you are responsible for what you send and record.
Trial & billing
Tempo is free for 14 days. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled.
Liability
Tempo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
